NOT WORTH A SINGLE STAR!!!

I've unfortunately been a Client since June 2021 and can with conviction state that NOTHING about the pathetic so called service has changed!!! This is a company that makes a song & dance about how good they are and yet - this is so far from the truth that it hurts me to award them with a star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've just moved house and upgraded the speed at the same time - it took them 6 days to connect me and the speed is now worse than before??? There's NOBODY that you can complain to - they simply refer you to their only way of communication - the Whatsapp line... I've never seen a company that is in the service industry where 'management' is completely absent and thousands of complaints goes unanswered!!!
