NOT WILLING TO ASSIST, WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
WebAfrica is the worst service provider, they are unprofessional and have no urgency at all. I have been following up on my refund since 17.12.2023 and on 28.12.2023 I was advised this was logged with the relevant Team and will be processed. Followed up on their pathetic whatsapp chat where you wait hours before an agent is available. I have to go through my query and confirm my details AGAIN AND AGAIN, Clearly this was not logged!!!
