Not willing to assist

This is very disappointing I have been using the their fibre connection on Vuma for about two years now. All of a sudden my work phone app just goes quite on a call after 30 seconds This never happens when I'm connected to the to WIFI at work or when I use my mobile data when the call goes silent while I'm on the WIFI and switch back to mobile data, it immediately comes back To add, my girlfriend on a different telephone app working for a different company experiences the same issues, so this issue cant be pinned on my company IT infrastructure, as they had alluded to when trying to get assistance on their twitter page This has made working at home quite miserable and expensive for me
