Not to be trusted with your fiber line!!!

Extremely poor service and no attempt to fix their mistakes. I cancelled my fiber line with Web Africa in Oct. 2019 , received a confirmation email from them on 21Oct2019 for cancellation as from 1 Dec.2019. On 2Dec. 2019 my line was actually cancelled but it was not released to Open Serve holding pool. Web Africa insisted they requested the release of my line on 2Dec. 2019, after 1 week of incorrect information I found out the release date was 1 Jan.2020, leaving my office with no fiber line for 1 month. Don't be fool of funny ads, this company cannot be trusted.
