Not Service driven

My problem started in May when I called in and requested a change in package. Thereafter everything went downhill. I have communicated with so many different agents who promise to sort things out, but when I follow up ( thank heavens I do) then nothing has been done and I now have to explain everything from the beginning. Will definitely be looking for a new service provider that focuses on SERVICE.
