I requested for my account to be cancelled and closed at the end of May and I received an email confirmation of the closure the last day of May but my account was debited for the amount of R529 and this was deducted from my banking account!!! I do not recommend this provider as they will deduct your funds from your banking account even after your membership has been cancelled. I want a refund of my funds immediately!!
