NOT RECOMMENDABLE, PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU PROCEED

I won't recommend this portal to order fibre, I have placed an order only to find out that the one the portal said would be available based on my adress is not available and they proposed another (not so good) ISP. I then contacted support requesting them to cancel my order and ensure that I won't be charged R249 for the order placed. The agent confirmed the order is cancelled and also confirmed and gave me assurance that there won't be any fee charged (R249) as I have cancelled my order. The same evening they deducted the R249 from my account. I know this would be a huge process to get my money back, therefore I would have rate a ZERO star for this service.
