Not professional and no empathy.

Paid upfront for router and wifi. Been contacting them on the chat since day 1 saying it's not working. I was told to wait 48 hrs for activation. Then today spoke to Amanda R who got upset with me for using two letters BS to explain my frustration. She then just passed conversation on to another agent and then dropped the calls. Only took sim card number from me today and I now have to wait another 48 hrs.
