Not poor service but no service from webafrica

Ordered fibre service through web Africa received an sms that the installers haven't been able to contact which had the wrong call back number . No phonecall/missed call/voicemail!!!! Gone 24 hours now and no response from webafrica ,it's nearly impossible to get hold of them!! Iv made a huge mistake choosing them as a service provider
