Not Impressed

Not impressed . I am awaiting refund since April 2024. It is June 2024 . I have been told by several agents that they are escalating my refund to the necessary department. I am not much of a complainer on these sites.

Please let me know if you are guys are serious about customer service or not. This is bad guys.
