Not honoring customer’s requests to cancel contact

The most infuriating customer experience trying to cancel my contract with WebAfrica! Can only cancel via WhatsApp and have been bounced around between over 6 different agents- always transferring me to someone else! Seems like their people are trained to give you the run around so that you give up. Terrible terrible service!
