Not happy with webafrica so far

The worst service desk ever. Rain actually beats it by a long shot you'll be waiting for hours to hear from an agent on issues pertaining to their service j can't ****ing believe that to get an agent on the line for your network being down takes over an hour to get hold of them and another for the issue to he resolved hai iSPs in Za in general are **** I'm tired of sub paying for sub service its ******* annoying
