NOT HAPPY!!!! WANT TO CANCEL!!!

I'm very unhappy with web africa I have not even had my lte service for one week is only worked for one day. Support is not giving any results or feedback, I will now most likely have more of a struggle to cancel this service. As i can't even get them to responed to me via the current channels they supposedly have avalible...... ..
