Not Happy

Worst service i have ever seen. In a customer service industry, you woul expect service, not non at all. I have my router for 2 weeks now and still not activated and they keep on blameing every one els for there mistakes. I am loosing 25k a week because of this... Who will refund me....just stay away!!
