Not happy

Webafrica is the worst fibre service provider ever. Last month my brother and I requested a change of ownership, for the router and fibre to be under my name since he had decided to make use of a direct provider. We waited a very long time before we finally got feedback that the ownership has successfully changed. At the beginning of March they debited both our cards for the router which is not under my name. To make matters worse the router’s internet has been down since late last month. At first, we thought that once I’ve been debited the internet will be back up, clearly it is not the case. After debiting the both of us for the router which is not under my name, they still have the decency of not providing internet connection.
