Not getting what I am paying for
I have been paying for a 50 meg fiber line and over the months I have never measured it to be above 25 Meg's . I have reported numerous times and every time they take me through the same procedure without any change to the line speed and I get a message saying the complaint is resolved. I have even had Frog foot measure the line and it was perfectly capable of handling 50 Meg's. I even sent Webafrica the results. I sometimes can not even down load a movie as the speed is so slow. I just wonder if this is the norm within the industry. If it is not, be careful to assess Webafrica carefully before signing up. They are quick to take your buck and not give you what you are paying for
