Not getting for what I am paying for

I have had a LTE subscription with them for 3 years with no issues up until now. Upgraded recently to a 50gb 50gb subscription and last 3 months only got 40gb 40gb. Customer service is horrible and only get as far as them telling me that my subscription is correct with them but I can see that through Telkom that its not and that I am only getting 40gb 40gb but paying for 50gb 50gb.

I will not recommend them to anyone.
