No but this is ***. Everytime I have an issue I get different answers. Can only chat on whatsapp and those agents are highly unprofessional. Telling me ‘you see I told you to be patient’ after not getting any real answers after an hour. Agent Kelby needs training. Why did the company go fully remote? Now I’m sitting without internet after I have paid. Old address was supposed to be cancelled but it seems they cancelled the new one.
