Not even worth a Star

The only reason I give a start is due to the fact that this is a minimum before I can continue. This company is by far the worst when coming to service and customer assistance... Very quick to take payment without arrangement but then all falls on the floor... Only whats app service, tried to ask that a manager calls me without any luck it is now a week later and still no call... Useless is to good for them... Do not know where to go!!! No connection, no answers but payments done...
