Not delivered Router and Payment deducted

I have yet to receive my router from Webafrica, which on their stupid whatsapp line they told me its already delivered. Upon trying to get help no one could assist. But they have done debit on my account why? I dont understand as i cant even get through the contact number, their whatsapp is just stupid. I was online with Zanele today for 1 hour and half and she never rep**** to my messages till i got message saying response is taking long.

Can i please get contacted but as from reviews seems it will not happen. And i took fibre to stop stressing about internet as i work from home and Rain is just another ****ty place. But still nothing happens.
