Not Cancelling Services after notice period given

Terminated service at the old property on 22 July 2024 and paid for the 1 month notice for August, new line was activated at the new property on the 30th and this morning I receive an invoice for the new and old property, and Webafrica has no answers, pathetic from their billing department
