Not able to use internet on a 80 gb plan

Worst service i am paying for 40/40 GB for day and night. I have asked to downgrade because i cannot even connect 2 phones to use the wifi internet. On top of that when you call u get placed on hold for several minutes and after 30 minutes you get asked if you want to be called back after using the option after 3 days i am still not called back. I am offered a sim to downgrade and for that i must pay AGAIN... What the hell am i paying all this money for u cannot even trace what you have used at night it is a disaster even my mobile data is faster that that ******* TELKOM is offering the CELL C i got before was way better and faster now i have something slow and hardly connect. if i don't get called i will cancel my service asap cause this is **************** useless service
