NOT A REAL ISP

Shameful... This business should be forced to refund its customers and assist them in getting a real ISP... I log the same tickets every second day and the pathetic what'sapp support system just connects me to some unqualified outsourced agent that can't assist me and will not escalate a fault. I'm genuinely concerned about canceling as I'm confident their lack of service extends to every part of the business
