Not a month to month service as specified in the terms and conditions

Very bad service, for a month to month deal. They cancelled my fiber on there side and they want a high fee to reconnect. Even though the bill was paid as per there billing information. They requested another fee for reconnection. After the bill has been settled, then they suspend the account after a few days again. It's not worth using this company if you have to work from home. As you will lose income this way.
