Not a happy customer at all

The experience that I have with webafrica I'm honestly not happy with it ... On the 25th of November two guys from Vumatel came saying they came for maintenance and after they left we had network only for a couple of hours then after that we never had network till today and today it's the 4th of December.... I tried contacting the webafrica people on WhatsApp since the 26th of November till to date I'm not getting any help from them .... Today I tried communicating with them still I'm not getting any help even worse they no longer responding my texts

Im honestly not happy with the service they giving because we pain for a 30 days unlimited service but we can't use what we paid for ... I'd honestly love to get a response from them and get compensated for this past five days because I now had to buy data so I can go on with my work
