NOT a great start
I have signed up to webafrica and I am still waiting for my router to be activated!! And I'm already being billed. And the support lines are useless, if I call I wait up 30 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERS! And trying support on whatsapp is just as useless, I keep moving back in the queue, how the **** does that work?

16 Oct 2019, 10:28I've tried contacting support, on whatsapp they are really rude and they end the chat before answering my questions. So I tried Facebook and they just read my messages and don't respond. Seriously ****ing pathetic!! I'm cancelling my subscription if this continues
