Nonsense service provider...STAY AWAY

Web Africa doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. its a ZERO on all aspects. Quick to take your money but dololo delivery when you have an issue with connection. Do not use webafrica as your ISP. It is the worst. customer service experience is b***sh*t. you spend hours talking to an agent on Whatsapp thinking you will get feedback worth your time, It you need unnecessary stress in you life use WebAfrica. The communication channel is just nonsense. I can not even call you. Only way for me to get a hold is via Whatsapp and personally l feel like your agents do not know how to communicate effectively, especially since its via chat. My wifi is still down even after wasting my time with an agent. Please do better webafrica.
