Nonsense Company

What a horrible experience! Im writing in behalf of my father,he ordered Fibre and the vuma guys came and installed the router and promised us that they will sent one of their technicians to install the wire for us from outside and creat a space at one of their poles, after a week we enquire about their technician,I was told to utilize their WhatsApp service and I will be assisted, even now no one is assisting us. Today 09/12/2025 call the office again and I was told to use WhatsApp and that's the only way to be assisted, I explained that their agents hasn't responded to our query and he said the is nothing he can do.

I've never experienced terrible service in my life.
