Nonexistent Customer Service Help and becoming a **** Company

We installed the fibre modem and now been sitting for months without being able to be activated.

When you call it takes long before anyone pickup, if they do pickup, they transfer us to IT department which never picks up at all, I don't know if it even exist.

Using the WhatsApp chat, I've talk to many of their workers, they only say they'll get on it, and for months nothing happened...

I think this company has become a ****, highly stay away from them.
