Non-service and no client support from Webafrica.

My Webafrica internet is out since 3:00 on 1 December 2025. I've been on the support line on WhatsApp since 8:00 waiting for an agent to answer my call. There is no response, and it is now 16:00, except for a robot that tries to connect me to an agent. This is the worst client support I've ever experience in South Africa.
