Non responsive ISP

Signed up for new service . paid the R249 fee. They require me to upload the ONT serial number and proof of residence on their live chat. only problem is , the live chat never gets answered and with no other way to upload these documents. the telephone number listed on their site also doesn't work. now I am stuck in limbo regretting the decision. invoice kke***.
