NON RELIABLE NETWORK WEBAFRICA

I app**** for webafrica in 01 September 2020 paid the fees and waiting as they promised to connect as soon as possible. Weeks past and no agent was given me answers to why my service was not connected yet. 3 months past and only then they connected me. Already at that time I found other wifi connection and was never told that after 3 months they will connect me, either I cancel my account or wait for them. After that I cancelled my account and was told it's a mistake on their side and I shouldn't pay. Two months past and they send me an email to say they taking my account to the debitor and my name will be on blacklist. Webafrica is not reliable nor professional. They just want to take people's money without providing a service
