Non functional ISP

I have not been able to reach the business, via telephone or whatsapp line. The automation in place, is terrible for service delivery. The companies phone lines (sales) are also down. How can you safely register as an ISP, when you're own services aren't operational. I app**** for fiber and my details were taken down for debit order, yet that's the last I hear from the company.

I would not recommend that, anyone make use of their services, or more precisely, the lack there of.
