Non-existing provisioning department

Is the Webafrica provisioning department even real? I have tried endlessly from Friday 29 Feb 2021 and this morning again I have been on hold to the department from 7am. This service is absolutely non existing nevermind horrible. I have gone as far as to contact sales to put me through to the department and have been on hold on whatsapp and call for 2 hours +. How is this so difficult, and why can a normal support agent not assist me with simply activating my line, openserve has come through and everything is ready, Webafrica is just nowhere.
