Non Existent support, Buggy Website. Incorrect billing

Non Existent customer support. No one answers the phone. 48 hours for an urgent email reply is ridiculous. Pathetic billing system. Buggy line speed changes. (If you select to have your line speed changed at the end of the month, it changes almost immediately but you get billed for the full month and you have to call to have it rectified)
