non-existent support - bots and idiots behind a façade of "helpful" technology. It took 5hours to simply obtain a reference number to log a fault. First you are referred to a WhatsApp line which takes you through a string of options only to get to the end to be referred to an agent which never responds and then after an hour the chat is closed due to no response! Attempting to report the fault from the website is an even worse experience - the agent kept insisting on me sending a photo of the router which I couldn't do as I had no connectivity! over a period of 5 hours on the same chat i was asked no less than 5 times to send the photo and told to reboot / power off and on at least 6 or more times. eventually was provided a ref number which they say will take 48 hours to resolve.... not holding my breath - will change service providers asap
