Non Existent Support

I only give it a 1 star rating as there's no option to give a zero. There support has over the years gone from great down to non existent. You cannot escalate anything and the only option is to chat on whatsapp the agents just cut you off when they cannot resolve your issue. I've tried reconnecting to the same agent, but the person just continues to cut me off without responding to how they will be getting back to me to resolve the problem. I've tried to move elsewhere, but they've made it near impossible to cancel. I must admit, I get better support from government institutions than Webafrica.
