Non existent support

If things is working fine there is no problem, as soon as you have a problem or need assistance with anything at all you are left to fend for oneself. My internet is down since 5pm on 14th November and over 12 hours later still nothing the whatsapp chat is not helpful nor is the contact centre. I am changing my ISP I never had such difficulty with other ISP's this is really the worst service ever.
