Non Existent Support

What a joke - these guys are never available , after hours support is non existent, and trying to get hold of them is impossible. I have had nothing but slow responses with my fiber. When you go to the website and look for any contact details you always defaulted to "Log a Ticket" . I would not recommend this provider....cancelling my service with them, if I can get hold of anyone.
