Non-existent support

Ordered a fibre activation for the 1st of January. It had not been activated up to the 5th. I eventually ordered a fibre activation with another service provider who had the service activated the very same day of ordering.

The support services are non-existant! Phone number waiting times are 1hour+, the whatsapp response time is terrible (sent a message at 08:00 and waited for a response the entire day!)

Rather moving my business elsewhere with proper support. Don't get caught by these guys
