Non existent service from Web Africa
Ticket number : 226615 . I rep**** to an e-mail this morning at 10:45 to a Certain Mr/ Miss Valentine, then phoned them at 10:47 , after holding on for 07 minutes I disconnected , no response since my mail . I phoned Web Africa at at 16:30 , held on for 20 minutes for a Sales Consultant , no one answered , then phoned their activations department , after few minutes , got machine saying their are no consultant and phone line went . dead . I wonder how one will get help if you have a technical issue Absolute poor service
