Non Existent service.

Day 2 with out fibre. this is me just trying to switch ISP. No install required. DO NOT go with the ISP. YES they are cheap however support is non existent. 5 hrs and count on the whats app line. 1 hr 30 min on the online chat and till no feedback. Already paid their admin fee and yet no fibre activation. Moved from MWEB which is bad to these guys which are worse. did not think you could get worse. Can you change your support ways urgently. If i cancel now with you what is the process.
