NON EXISTENT SERVICE AT WEBAFRICA!

Support service at this service provider is NON EXISTENT. There are two support tickets dating back to 15 June that had no results. No one ever answers the phone and promised call backs never happen. No answers to emails. You just cannot get hold of ANYONE at this company and it is about internet connection for a business. I cannot believe a company can stay in business with such poor service!
