Non existent service

Pathetic, spoken to about 9 consultants for what seems to be a lifetime, due to the one hour response time (per message sent) to online chat, only to be told not the right department and get transferred and transferred and transferred until you get cut, being told my order has been place and when you query a few days later according to their system nothing has been done, almost everyday for more than a month now with absolutely no solution in sight.... Webafrica service is no existent... 0.0 rating
