Non existent service!

This is the most pathetic service provider I have ever dealt with! I can't complain about the service, because "service" is non existent. I would like to cancel my service order seeing I app**** 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten any feedback! Just cancel the order!!!! The "call center" is useless to say the least.
