Non-existent customer support & terrible ethics

Worst customer service and ethics I have ever experienced from a company. Tried to cancel my line a month before, upon trying to cancel they use dark patterns to make you think the contract will be canceled immediately.

I then tried to contact customer support to confirm what exactly the cancellation meant as I couldn't be without internet for work. After 4 days of trying to get hold of them and requesting callbacks I was told I hadn't canceled in time and need to pay an additional month for their inability to provide customer service.
