Non-Existent customer support. Appalling Service!!

As a new joiner, absolutely disgusted by the service & lack of support received. I've been requesting for an installer to come by for the past week & all attempts fail. Every agent I engaged with keeps giving me different views and my fibre connection is poor & connectivity keeps disconnecting. I've provided pictures, videos on live chat platform as well as WhatsApp but keep running around in circle. The WORST part is that the business had debited my account for a service I've yet to receive & put in a debit mandate. HOW I REGRET JOINING THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very quick to get their fees and then do not show up for the service promised.
