Non-existent customer service from Webafrica/Vumatel

Webafrica and Vumatel are the worst service providers. We have been waiting for 5 days just to get our line upgraded. After telling us it takes 24/48 hours. It has now been 5 days and still no response from any agents on the live chat. What s the point of offering a live chat if there is no-one to chat with.
