Non existent customer service, and lying about refunds. Would not recommend.

Terrible /0 customer service. I’ve wasted days of my life talking to their useless bot. Took over a week to schedule the installation, only to arrive and tell me there’s no fiber box. But don’t worry, they still charged me for that full month even though they don’t install anything and never got a connection going. CS agent promised a refund and I’m still waiting.
