Non-existent Customer Service.

Been sitting without internet since Friday and been trying the entire weekend to get hold of anyone to assist but no luck. Everytime you have a problem you hoping for a miracle and need a lot of luck trying to get hold of anyone at Webafrica. This is beyond ridiculous. This Whatsapp service seems to be a way for Webafrica to avoid dealing with customers.
